SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

WAYS TO ORDER

You can order our products in two ways, electronically through the pages of our online store or otherwise by phone. In more detail:

Through our online store

Search and select the items of your choice and add them to the shopping cart in the quantities you want. Complete your order and log in to your account or register as a new customer.

In case you make a regular registration and actually open an account with our store, you will receive an email welcoming you to our store.

In any case, as soon as you complete the order process by selecting the payment method you want and click “order”, you will receive a confirmation email that your order was successful and a complete list of items you ordered, their total cost and payment method.

By Phone

You can place your order by phone by calling us at the contact numbers located at the bottom of the website.

METHODS OF SHIPPING & RECEIPT

Shipping to your place

The most common way of sending – receiving as well as the fastest as you will have the items you ordered at your place from 2 to 5 working days from your order, in case of inaccessible or remote area the delivery takes 1 to 2 additional days. The shipment is made by us in collaboration with the courier company ELTA Porta Porta. Our shipments – deliveries are made to any destination within Greece.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once your order has been shipped it can not be canceled. You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. To do this you should contact us in a timely manner (as soon as possible) by phone at the contact numbers located at the bottom of the website or via email at returns@ollandos.net to cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped at the time of your contact then cancellation is not possible. However, if you have changed your mind, you can receive the products and return them following the procedures described in the “Returns” section.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted with the possibility of returning your money or using it in a purchase of another kind. In any case, returns are valid on all our items as long as the following are observed:

  • Items returned to us must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and in excellent condition.
  • The returned products should be excellent condition and all documents that accompany them.
  • The return is made within the time period defined in article 4 par. 10 of law 2251/1994 with the following procedure: it must start within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by written notification via e-mail of the request to the Company and to be completed within 7 days from the approval for shipment of the returned products, ie in total within a period of fourteen (14) days.
  • The return can be done in any way you choose (eg ELTA or a courier company) and shipping costs are borne exclusively by you.
